Shipping

We ship around New Zealand. Your order is important to us, we have partnered with third-party courier companies in New Zealand to deliver all goods using Track & Trace. Items can take between 3-5 working days to be delivered - Please note, it may take longer during these times due to Covid-19 as the courier companies will be working overtime delivering goods.

 

Tracking

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. Once your order has shipped, please directly contact the courier company with any inquiries about the status of your package.  

We use a third party courier company to ship orders. If you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment, Sass and Salt will try our best to help you contact the courier company. However, we have no control over the courier companies' delivery time-frame or outcome.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Wrong Product

Thanks for Shopping at Sass and Salt.

If you have received the wrong item, we deeply apologise. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

If you are wanting a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be returned in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will honor all purchases within the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected to be.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Product 

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The packaging of salon-only hair products & equipment is conducted with the utmost care. 

If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us immediately at Lauren@sassandsalt.co.nz so we can arrange a product exchange or refund.
