Shipping policy

We use a third party courier company to ship orders. If you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment, Sass and Salt will try our best to help you contact the courier company. However, we have no control over the courier companies' delivery time-frame or outcome.

We ship around New Zealand. Your order is important to us, we have partnered with third-party courier companies in New Zealand to deliver all goods using Track & Trace.

Items can take between 3-5 working days to be delivered - Please note, it may take longer during these times due to Covid-19 as the courier companies will be working overtime delivering goods.

Returns and exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply changed your mind or the item isn’t what you expected to be.

We will arrange for the product to be returned in the same condition you received it. We email you a Return Shipping label for you to print and package the item up the same way it came with new shipping label attached, within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will honor all purchases within the Consumer Guarantees Act.
